From there, we’ll begin item selection, quoting, and the art proof process. Depending on the project, much of this can be completed within two business days after our initial conversation.

We do have opening order minimums for new customers, and these vary based on production schedules and the time of year.
Absolutely. Every order receives a digital proof for review and approval.
The customer is responsible for confirming all details: spelling, artwork, sizes, design colors, garment colors, style, and logo placement. We review these as well, but proofs ensure accuracy and alignment. Please review all proofs carefully!
We do not decorate customer-provided items. Using our garments allows us to guarantee quality, color consistency, and proper print results.
Just reach out to your sales rep! We’ll pull your past design, send a quick proof for approval, and confirm updated quantities and sizes.
Yes! In-person meetings are available by appointment so your rep can be fully prepared. These visits are great for organizing ideas, reviewing artwork, and exploring product samples.
Yes! We have many samples available in our showroom for you to look at, feel, and try on. If we don’t have what you need, we can request a sample. Some sample items may require a small fee depending on the product.
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or a PDF with outlined fonts) are preferred.
If you don’t have artwork, our team can recreate or design it. Small adjustments are free; larger design projects may involve a fee.

Yes! Most items offer price breaks based on quantity. If none are listed, the item is already priced at our best rate.
We offer screen printing, embroidery, DTF transfers, and a variety of decoration methods for promotional items—including one-color, full-color, embroidery, and laser engraving.
